Hi Has anyone else found that weight is easy to gain, and especially hard to lose while on ADs? I am convinced mine have made me put on a half a stone or more since christmas when I mucked about with my cocktail (better results, but..) and now I'm finding it harder to lose then ever before. Anyone? Thanks
