when to weigh in????
I have noticed that some people seem to weigh themselves everyday. I do not understand this. My weight flucuates from day to day. I have not decided when to weigh myself, every week or once a month? Unfortunately, I tend to rely on the numbers way too much. Any opinions on this?

Do you HAVE to eat the calories you burn from exercise? It seems like you would lose weight faster if you did not. What are the benefits and downfalls?

Starting today!!
I signed up last week, but didn't start until today. I was reluctant in starting another "DIET" because I have failed at nearly all of them.
