Hot Chocolate (no sugar added) for evening snack?
Hello - I like drinking a cup of hot chocolate (using milk, the no sugar added pack) as a snack after dinner. Does anyone know any drawbacks to this if I have the calories left for it? Thanks!

Cooking fresh veggies with microwave idea??
I want to incorporate some veggies in with my lunch without using the frozen veggies because I am also trying to cut back on sodium. I have access to a microwave at work. Please give me your best fresh veggie recipes! I like all veggies except carrots and celery!

I need to buy a new pair of gym shoes. Can anyone suggest a good pair of cross training shoes that are also cute? :smile: I do a lot of group fitness classes so I believe cross trainers are the best option but if you have another suggestion, any input would be great!

Train for 5K while gyming it?
I want to participate in a 5K run on 3/16/2013. I found some programs for training for a 5K, however I do enjoy the gym and my group fitness classes.
