Exactly how many carbs should I really be eating? Will I really see a difference in my diet and exercise if I watch these "Carbs"? I weight around 188, 5'7 and I am trying to get down to 150...which is a size 7/8 for me. I wanted to get to this size by summer. Tell me what you think?

Anyone doing Cardio two times a day?
Hey everyone! Is anyone doing cardio two times a day and getting good results? I was thinking about doing double workouts on mon, wed and fridays OR Tues and Thurs?! :)

Suggestions for low calorie snacks after dinner
I stay up pretty late usually and I start getting hungry or snacky for bad foods around 9-10pm. I do great on my diet throughout the week and I am getting my exercise in with no problems....but I am just having problems after 9 pm...I have tried drinking a ton of cold water and it doesn't help....any suggestions?
