My knee is feeling a whole lot better so far so maybe I will kick it up a little tomorrow...we will see. Maybe with the weighted gloves but they are busting at the seams!   • I stay up pretty late usually and I start getting hungry or snacky for bad foods around 9-10pm. I do great on my diet throughout the week and I am getting my exercise in with no problems....but I am just having problems after 9 pm...I have tried drinking a ton of cold water and it doesn't help....any suggestions?
  • I have been doing Turbo Jam with the gloves the last two to three weeks and mixing it up with Tae Bo and I can see the results in my stomach and my legs big time! Make sure you are drinking lots of water too! I read somewhere that these workouts can burn up to 600 calories a workout! Good Luck!
