Looking for friends in all the right places
I’d like to shed 50+ lbs looking for some guidance and support. Restarting my physical activity after being sedentary for awhile. Suggestions for where to start. Seems overwhelming. I keep procrastinating. Tomorrow I’ll start tomorrow....stuck....help!!!!
