I have found a healthy quick breakfast wrap. Wake up your taste buds.
Saute green onion and garlic - put off to the side
Scramble a couple eggs
1/2 way thru scrambling put in the onions, sprinkle some crumbled feta cheese and some chopped green olives, sprinkle some creole seasoning such as Tony Chachere's
Put the egg mixture into a Mission Carb Balance Whole Wheat Tortilla
Wrap it up and enjoy with a cup of joe
NOTE: These Mission wraps are very good. They are nice and soft and don't fall apart. Surprisingly the small ones have 12g of carbs and 8g of fiber = 4g net carbs and the large ones have 32g carbs and a whopping 26g of fiber = 6g net carbs. Who needs bread.
