Started my journey on MFP October 10, 2011. Next week is my 1 year anniversary! I'm 5' 5" and have lost 46 pounds to date. Down 41.8 pounds as of this morning. Went from 179 to 137.2 in about 7 months. I'm 5'5 1/4" inches. If you think you can't do this, you are wrong. If I can do it, anyone can! Chin up and take it one meal/workout at a time. Love all the support and friends I've made on MFP! Don't think it'd be at this point if you guys…
