So happy that today I have managed to do a 10k run and actually got round it by doing just under 10minute miles! It's taken me quite some time (2 years) of plodding along to finally get to that stage but I've beaten the mental block of sitting at a comfortable pace and pushed myself to achieve it.
Hello everyone! After training for this years Great North Run and not shifting the belly like I hoped I would I've joined here to see what I'm doing wrong I'm aiming to do another half marathon next May, so the goal is when I do that one I don't feel quite so self-conscious in lycra!
