Hello everyone!

After training for this years Great North Run and not shifting the belly like I hoped I would I've joined here to see what I'm doing wrong

I'm aiming to do another half marathon next May, so the goal is when I do that one I don't feel quite so self-conscious in lycra!

    WOW on doing the GNR! I'm hoping to do it in a few years for a local counselling service. Welcome to the site :)

    Thank you, I found it great motivation to keep up with my training, the furthest I had run beforehand was 6 miles and doing a couple of 5k races so if I can do it I am sure anyone can!
