Leaving on my 7 day cruise on Sunday. Plan on hitting the elliptical for an hour a day and hopefully not going crazy on my food intake by avoiding the buffet line more than once at a sitting and doing the main dining room for dinner. Any more tips would help, thanks! Wish me luck!! AAA
Wanted to say hello to everyone and good luck on your fitness goals. My oldest son pointed out this site and told me to try it. I am a 50 male, 5' 11", 331 lbs and have let myself go to waste for too long. I started a week ago and my plan/goal is on losing 120 lbs. If anyone needs some support, don`t hesitate to ask!! AAA
