Bodybuilding All Access
Has anyone signed up for Bodybuilding All Access? I need to start lifting and I want to make it as easy for me as possible to help me stick with it. It looks like they have multiple workout plans as options and beings able to track as you do them. How do you like it? Is it worth it? Or do you recommend anything else?

Need On the road healthy snack/meal ideas
I'll be on the road soon due to moving. I have a few ideas but I would love to hear from other members on what they would pack to keep on the right track and avoid those gas station junk food/meals. Any ideas???
