Hitting the Gym - Day or Night?
I've work out usually in the morning. Stregth training - cardio. Sometimes trade it up with circuit training. Always with my MP3 player full of work-out music. Whenever I do, I try and mix it up so not to get bored or fall into a routine: Free weights/Machines - Stair stepper/ Eliptical. I find I sleep better, am more…
