Thanks for all your replys. Like most of you, I go when I can. Normally, I go between 5-6am. Days off - a little later. I believe there's no right or wrong - just as long as we go - just whatever works individually - Keep it up everyone!

Using frozen Blueberries works great - also 8oz of vanilla yogurt any frozen fruit can use Splenda or Truvia to sweeten Old Fashioned Oats are the best. The instant stuff is all processed with sodium & sugars. Good Luck!
