over quite a bit today on my numbers! the good is that i am learning that even though i eat pretty healthy, i have to make some changes that never even occured to me. this site is oh so helpful to me and its only been 3 days. thanks myfitnesspal.

third day
hi this is my third day and i am struggling a bit today because of eating out today. i have 137 calories left for the day and it is 3:00 p m. however I am going to pull it off, I am determined and I can still drink plenty of water and work out and gain some calories. plan on having a healthy snack later. :)
