third day

hi this is my third day and i am struggling a bit today because of eating out today. i have 137 calories left for the day and it is 3:00 p m. however I am going to pull it off, I am determined and I can still drink plenty of water and work out and gain some calories. plan on having a healthy snack later. :)

    You can do this! Workout a little and eat a healthy dinner (salad or stir fry with LOTS of veggies-- they are filling and low cal). And remember, you are just starting this journey. It will take a little bit for you to adjust to the new lifestyle. If you go over calories a little (not advocating a whole pack of Oreos binge here LOL), it isn't the end of the world! You can do this! :-)

    Yep, you can do it. Just stay busy, keep yourself occupied, drink plenty of water and have a healthy, low cal snack. Keep up the good work! :)
