Has anybody tried this? Seems very expensive, but it seems that a 3-day might be a very helpful jumpstart. Pros / Cons?
Even with all the water I've been drinking, I am sick of feeling hungry. I decided today that if I feel hungry, and I'm sure that I've drank enough water, I'm just going to eat. I've gotten very good at changing the type of food I'm eating, so I don't think this will be tack on extra weight, but I'm still worried. Anyone…
