ways to intake more calories
I find that I don't have enough calories at the end of the day, my goal is 2560 and I usually get around 1500-1800 cal a day. minus the 600 or so from my daily workout. Anyone have any tips?

Eating out
I have been doing good so far, I just recently joined this site but have been p90x for the past 52 days and have kept a meal journal. But i find that my diet takes a night off when the rare opportunity for a family dinner comes by. I was wondering ways to track portion sizes, and calorie counts when your eating out?

meal replacement shake
I have been loving the beach body meal replacement shake, but the price is a little high. I was wondering if anyone knew of a cheaper formula that works as well, and where I could find it.
