Just thought I'd share... I've started and stopped with MFP so many times I've lost count. Today, I finished my first week back on MFP. And I lost 3.5 pounds. It works! I've gotten a little lost - need to get back on track
I need some help getting back on track. I'm largely doing this weight loss on my own, not a lot of in person support. I tend to log in and track my food for a week and then stop and then start up again and stop. Any hints, tips and tricks for getting back on track and staying there for longer than a week or 2?

How do you all deal with being around food all the time? I wait tables 3 nights a week but it is quite hard for me not to take a fry here, a fry there. I need some dinner help
I'm doing really well with breakfast, lunch and snacks - but when it gets to dinner I completely blow my calories. I work 2 jobs, waitressing 3 nights a week.
