I hear a lot from steven little about HR monitor and zone training... does anyone follow this? what apps do you use? I am just trying to get thru the full 45 min class at this point, but would like to take it further!
Is it bad to not eat the calories you gain from exercising that day? I would like to try and stick to the 1200 cal goal, but should I be eating the additional calories that I gain from exercising... Will it effect the rate that I lose weight, will it make me lose weight slower or faster, etc...
