I just started the plant-based program today, and I was wondering if anyone else out there has any suggestions/thoughts on being successful at this. My husband is joining me in this, though reluctantly since he is a big meat eater. Any comments welcome, support, even better! :-)
I started my fitness pal last week and I have to say, I am very happy with it so far. I have only lost one pound, but this sure makes me accountable to what I am putting in my body! Now, I am looking for a few friends who can motivate and be motivated to succeed!! Let me know if you are interested~
