Gallon of water a day.
Does anyone consciously drink this? I read an article of a woman who did every day for a month and she found it was really beneficial. Just wondering if anyone finds this helpful with diet and overall health?

Last week of weight loss challenge
So I did a month long weight loss challenge that ends this Thursday. Is there anything I can do for the next four days to safely/healthy drop any extra weight?

Healthy food hurting!
How long does it take a body to get used to higher intake of fruits and veggies? It has been 29 days since I started back on here and counting and getting under my goal, eating way healthier, etc. And my stomach still hates it!
