Last week of weight loss challenge

So I did a month long weight loss challenge that ends this Thursday. Is there anything I can do for the next four days to safely/healthy drop any extra weight?

    I am coming to the end of mine as well. I say drink a ton of water with cucumber and lemons. It will help to flush any left over water weight. Also bananas help with bloat. I would say not to workout 24 hours before you weigh in just so your muscles have time to release any extra water they are storing. Good Luck!
