To treat myself or not to treat myself?
Hey Everyone! I'm just 2wks into my new healthy lifestyle. Every now & then have the urge to treat myself.. but haven't as yet. I'm too stubborn to break the rules I've been following the past 2 weeks. What do people think? More likely to succeed with treats? or no? =)
