Running for weight loss
so ive found a exercise i like running. but will ruining alone help with my weight loss i have another 70lb to lose. ive been doing 3times a week but now want to do more.

The GP says eat less move more BUT
thats not right!!! when i do this i dont lose a oz but when i move more eat more i can lose weight each week. so how can the GP tell me to do the wrong thing.

Not eating all my calories = no weight loss
for the past month ive been eating less and less 1200-1400 and ive not lost any weight were as January i would eat 1800-2100 calories and lose 2lbs -1lb a week every week. why is this.

Started running and feeling sick
yesterday i started to do some jogging i did 30 mins in total and 15 min warm up walk and 20 cool down walk. but since ive finished i just feel sick, any tips on why this is or to help prevent it.. is it because im so unfit.

i do a 40 min walk 3x a day Monday to Friday. is this enough exercise or should i be doing more than this, i really want to lose weight.

when i plank my tummy sags down at the sides but the middle is starting to stick in. does this mean im going to have a hell of alot of sag or is it going to shape up because the middle isnt sagging down now.?

How Can I Stop
My Muscles from holding on to water. i have to see a nurse in a few months and if ive not lost enough weight she is going to be taking me of my contraceptive pill. so i could do with the scale moving down each week. the nurse wont care about any inches i may have lost just weight!

so week 1 of ripped and i gained 1lb. so was thinking of getting jillians banish fat cardio dvd to do aswell as ripped in 30 would this help to my weekly weight loss. is her cardo dvd any good for weight loss.

steady weight loss then a gain
Just looking for a bit of engorgement really. Ive been losing steadily for a few weeks and ive gained 1lb. its my 1st week of ripped in 30, But i have lost a couple of inches from around my body. and also gained an inch on my arms. Tips and words of engorgement are more than welcome.

So ive been doing as MFP says eating most of the calories lost 10lbs in 5 weeks. this week i weighed in 2 days early and im up by 1lb should i be really worried about this or does weight fluctuate a few days before you see a loss. Am i looking to much into this as i dont weigh in till monday normally.

Drinking water
Hi the first few weeks i was drinking 9+cups of water and felt great doing workouts 6 days a week. But this week ive barley drank anything and found it a struggle to get my workouts done, and just felt tired is this because of the lack of water im not drinking.
