I haven't logged on here for a few months and know that I'm way overdue! I somehow managed to still lose a couple pounds but I know it'll be a lot faster tracking my foods. Can't wait to start!
Ok I have until 7-26 before my vacation and I really want to lose as much as I can before then. I plan to work out 6 days a week w/ cardio every day and weights at least twice a week....I'm going to eat as much lean protein, veggies as I can and try to stay away from too many carbs.. any other suggestions ?????
