going to mexico!!!

Ok I have until 7-26 before my vacation and I really want to lose as much as I can before then. I plan to work out 6 days a week w/ cardio every day and weights at least twice a week....I'm going to eat as much lean protein, veggies as I can and try to stay away from too many carbs.. any other suggestions ?????

    I'm with you. I have 32 days until we go on our cruise and I would like to lose 12lbs! Is that possible?
    I'm frustrated because my weight hasn't budged in a week!!! I've been good, working out, drinking lots of water, eating right.
