Deleting old weight loss
Hello I haven't used FFP for 6 month or so... I'd like to start a fresh, with a new start weight but it's still showing 2lbs lost (from my last weight loss stint).. I'd like to reset it so the I can start today from 0lbs lost.. does anyone know how to reset this? Thanks in advance... Kit. x

Getting in a twist over NET cal's! Help!
Help! I cant get my head around the net calories!!!! I'm aiming to eat 1200 cals a day (which i usual do) then i add my exercise calories (usually about 300 cals) and I end up netting 900 cals per day.. is this too few? should I be aiming to net 1200 after exercise???in effect eating back the exercise cals? or does it…

Can miles be changes to Km in the MFP database?
Hi, the machines at my gym measure distance in Km but all the distances are measured in miles in the MFP database. Is there anyway to change this in setting? thanks Kit

my BMR - seems VERY low???
Hi, I just found the BMR calculator in the tools section, i'm 30, 5'2 and 9 stone, my BMR came up as 1,240... this seems VERY low? How will I ever loose weight? I thought you had to have a deficit of 500cal a day to loose a pound a week (is that right)? Kit. x
