I am back
After a long vacation, and fooling myself into thinking i can count without My Fitness Pal. I am back with a vengence!! Gained 9lbs since I was gone, shame , shame!! Going to mind my P's & Q's, and try and lose all I gained plus another 30 more by Oct 1. Wish me luck
