How do I log this for exercise?
I spent a few hours yesterday putting hay in our barn (if anyone has a farm, they know how physical it is). It involves lots of lifting, throwing, raking, and walking with square hay bales under the hot sun. It was 36C here which is a really HOT day in my area, so I sweat like crazy. Fats/sugar/sodium/protein etc - what's the deal?
My goal is to lose weight. I've mainly been trying to stay under my calorie goal each day, but when I look at that little chart on the bottom of my food diary showing my Fat, Saturated Fat, Sugar, Sodium, Protein, etc., it got me thinking - am I suppose to be trying to stay under ALL those levels, too?
