Down 2.6lbs! My first friday weigh-in in a long time (I slacked off) but i'm back at it and happy to see the numbers still going down!

Cheesecake. I'll keep a small one in the freezer and have a slice if I have the calories left to do it. I only allow myself to have a piece once a week though. Gives me extra incentive to exercise more, just so I can earn that sliver of heaven!

I've aways heard that saturated fats were bad for you..... but what do I know :tongue: So keep that carbs/sugars under or at my daily limit unless I'm exercising, is that what I'm reading? haha
