so i started today. wow, i think i made a mistake buying 5# weights! Some are OK, but definately need to go and buy some 3 pounders............ very good workout though. i am comparing to a 'bootcamp' class that i had been taking and it is very comparable! now here's to hoping that i stick with it!

I am just not thirsty!!
I have a hard time drinking ANYTHING! (except maybe a few beers on the weekend :wink: ). I recently bought a 24oz water bottle and have gotton thru 1/2 of it so far.......... It's not that I even mind the 'taste' of water (does water really have a flavor?!?)......I AM JUST NOT THIRSTY! Anybody else with this problem?

OATMEAL

Bootcamp on Tues & Thur; What in between??
Hello, I go to a bootcamp class twice a week, Tuesday and Thursday. This class most of the time cover a 'full body' workout, but not always.
