W4 D1 - inspiration?
Just ran the W4 D1 and looking for a little inspiration/motivation :) Week 3 runs I had such a hard time at the 2 minute mark of the 3 minute runs (I'm 5'4", 175 lbs, "run" is 5.0 mph, "walk" is 3.0 mph) that I didn't think I could do 5 minutes. I made it through the first 3 min, and then 5 min, and then 3 min and then on…
