water exercises only, anyone else
I have Fybromyalgia and I can't do the regular exercises, my body can only handle the water. I do water jogging, and use the water weights and then I do some crunches with the noodle. I work out anywhere from 1 hr to 1 hr and 15 mins. In 10 days I have only lost 3 lbs, I would think that I would have lost more. I am just…
