water exercises only, anyone else

I have Fybromyalgia and I can't do the regular exercises, my body can only handle the water. I do water jogging, and use the water weights and then I do some crunches with the noodle. I work out anywhere from 1 hr to 1 hr and 15 mins. In 10 days I have only lost 3 lbs, I would think that I would have lost more. I am just wondering if there is anyone that can only do the water exercises and if so, have they lost weight doing them? I also have to deal with a shoulder problem where I can't lift my arm higher than my waist so I have boundaries as far as that goes. I have made up my mind that I am going to do this, everytime I start a lifestyle change I lose maybe 5 lbs at the most and then no more but I don't care what it takes I am going to do it this time. I have been reading all of the encouraging weight loss stories and they certainly keep me motivated. Thank you.

A healthy weight loss is 2 lbs. per week. Losing 3 lbs. in 10 days is perfect! =)
