Anybody have success being on Atkins and doing weight resistance training at the same time? Wouldn't the absence of stored carbs have an impact on weight training. If the muscle doesn't have enough carbs (sugar) to burn, then how does the body gets it's sugar to fuel the muscle, allow it to repair and build?
