Atkins and weight resistance training

Anybody have success being on Atkins and doing weight resistance training at the same time? Wouldn't the absence of stored carbs have an impact on weight training. If the muscle doesn't have enough carbs (sugar) to burn, then how does the body gets it's sugar to fuel the muscle, allow it to repair and build?

Your body breaks down muscle to create glucose. If you care to read up on the process, google "gluconeogenesis".
The process gives off an odor, and i can tell the people in my gym who are in a low-carb state, because their breath has a distinct stank. Some people can't smell it for some reason.

Someone just posted about a study on low workout performance on low carb diets:

Unless you have medical reasons to avoid carbs, you might consider increasing carbs in your pre-lifting meal. It won't affect fat loss, provided that you remain in a calorie deficit.
