Tired when done with exercise
People say; I have all this energy since I started to exercise. I don’t, never have. I could go to bed & sleep for a long time after exercise. Anyone else like me? I do have a lot more energy. I did weigh 310 Lbs.

How many calories do I need cut, to go into starvation mode? How long will it take to go into starvation mode. I’m 5 Ft. 11 inch male, 259 Lbs. right now. For the last 8 days I have cut my calories an average of 658 calories per day. That is 658 calories, below what this site Recommends to lose 2 Lbs. per week.
