Why do so many of us that weigh everyday act like were doing something wrong. I own it. Another thing if my whole life I weighed myself everyday I doubt I would be over 100 Lbs. overweight. Because someone (expert) says weigh once a week, that is the way it must be? Give me a break. You know the experts say drink glasses…

Just so you all know. Your skipping meals not fasting. Fasting is going to bed, getting up the next day & not eating the whole day. Going to bed without eating. Getting up the next day then you eat.

Most people are trying to lose weight. Yes you can eat anything you want as long as they are within your calories. You will still lose weight. It may not be the most healthy thing to do.

Get serious! Just save some calories for late evening. And have something you like. I saved calories last night for a McDonalds small cone. I count it for 1.5 the calories they say it is to be on the safe side. I will also eat pretzels or better yet peanut butter filled pretzels.

Yes you will lose weight. Cut 3,500 calories & you have one pound. Go for it. Once in a while I will eat only candy & ice cream for the day. I feel like crap by the end of the day. I will usually lose weight, because I have the calories I'm suppose to have.

I will cut the sweet & low in half. I don't like the other sweeteners. One time I cut off all sweeteners for two weeks. I found out I did not like iced tea.

I find it hard to belive that I can be in starvation mode so fast. If I still don't lose any weight tomorrow, I will go back to my 1,500 - 2,000 calories per day.

I just wonder if there is really a starvation mode. Or if it just an excuse. I still feel this way, but since I have cut way back on my calories about one week ago. Three of the days have been the same weight & one day I gained 1/2 Lb. So I will keep this up through friday, to see what happens.

I would mix the calories up. 1,200 * 7 = 8,400 for the week. I would have less calories some days & more other days. Just to add up to your 8,400 for the week. Really most likely it's you age. Just kidding.

It will be 4 years in Aug. I gave up diet soda. I had a min. of a 12 a day; habit. I never felt better giving it up. I just felt that it had to be bad for me.

I weigh every day. The only number that counts is the weigh in Monday morning. If you can't take the ups & downs don't weigh every day.
