Phase 1 Week 2!!
I just finished the first Week 2 workout of Phase 1 -- stronger on planks already!!! I'm wondering a couple of things: 1. Did anyone else gain a few pounds when starting? Do you need to reset your MFP goals when you lose weight?
I guess I just thought that the target would auto-adjust to keep you at the same deficit...no? I thought it was odd that after 9 pounds it was the same. So I went in and checked and it showed my projected loss at 0.9 pounds a week! Or is this because I did "custom" to adjust the macros???
