WANTED: Low Sodium Recipes!!
So I retain A LOT of water, especially in my ankles :frown:, when I have the slightest bit of salt. I generally cook without it, but all foods in general have sodium. I am looking for tasty, heathly meals, that are low in sodium. Thank you in advance!!! :flowerforyou:

What is a good Heart Rate Monitor to use to track calories burned? What do you use and do you like it?

Earned extra calories
I am just wandering how many of you out there in MFP world, actually use the "extra" calories you earn from excerise each day? Do you just stick with your daily budgeted calories and bank your extra calories earned, or do you eat/drink them? Thought, comments, suggestion..... :drinker:

Spagetti Squash
One of my weaknesses is Pasta.... I can't get enough of it. So tonight I thought that I would give Spagetti Squash a go. I found some recipes online,but wanted to see if any of you can recommend a recipe that you have tried 1st hand that you liked.
