Hey im no Genuis, but I have been working out consistently for a week and i have changed most of my eating habits. I have witnessed the progress. So why is it that we end up in this circle of weight loss? Is it really mind over matter or is it a maturity thing? Im curious to know what you guys think. Let me know.........
