Fighting carb cravings
I always find it so hard to resist the urge for salty, carb-rich food. Like bagels with cream cheese, breakfast sandwiches, etc. I am still in the early stages of working out (progressing each week!) so my workouts often don't allow enough extra calories for me to indulge in a 300 + calorie craving.
