Swimming for weight loss
I lost 30 lbs last year...gained 40 lbs this year. I am SO out of shape that exercise is hard. I have started swimming for 30 mins at a time at a local pond. flat feet...running shoe recommendations?
I have started the C25K program and am having so much trouble w/ my feet. They are really flat and I am finding my sneakers just aren't providing enough support. Any recommendations for great running shoes and/or amazing insoles for extra support?

Tropical vacation ideas!
I want to plan a vacation for June...my parameters are: Great snorkeling! Great beaches! Cheap-ish (Hawaii is out of the question, as a flight from Boston is nearly a grand) Anyone been anywhere they recommend? :)

Ideas to change up my workout routine! help please :)
Lately I have been doing the elliptical for 30 minutes (90 seconds steady, 30 seconds really fast alternating). I also have added in weight training for my arms as of a last week. Anyone else hit a plateau recently?
I have already hit a plateau...it happened so fast! I was told to add in interval training to my cardio regime. So, now I do 90 mins of normal elliptical/walking, etc. and then add in 30 sec spurts of fast elliptical/running, etc. I also have finally added in some weight training (just a little bit).
