2 days ago I did (obviously too much) a cardio workout that has left me very sore. Today seems to be worse then yesterday. I have included protein shakes, tons of water and stretching to help. Since starting my diet I have GAINED not lost....
I started my diet 4 weeks ago since then I have gained almost 6 pounds. I decided that I would take it one step at a time since I have failed miserably so many other times.
