I think its a great idea for you to start as long as you don't have any injuries or a DR has advised not too. I started it 5 days ago. I just started it myself 2 days ago. I like it a lot. Easy enough for me to do but hard enough that it's a bit of a challenge. I am a bit sore so it's doing something :smile: I've had a few friends try it and they loved it.

I have the Paragard, its hormone free. I received it 2 years ago because I kept getting pregnant and having miscarriages, no other birth control worked for me. But since I have gotten it my cramps and period all together has been worse. Advil is my best friend for those 3-5 days. The Mirena is better from what my sisters…

I don't get food cravings, my only craving i get is locking my boyfriend in the basement for that week :tongue: I usually get horrible cramps since I have gotten the IUD, this month however they weren't as bad but I have been a lot more active so maybe I haven't noticed them as much. I stayed out of the kitchen and focused…

I think I will give it a go today since I gave it a day off already. Now that some of you have mentioned it, when I do get moving around the soreness seems to go away. I'll take it easy with a brisk walk rather then more cardio. Thanks for the tips :smile:

My boyfriend is a member of bodybuilding.com and he says that I'm not taking in enough cals either. Maybe I should increase my intake for the next few weeks and add some more exercise and see how it goes.
