So I had posted before about low calories and I went ahead and upped my calories to 1400. I'm also doing some kind of exericise, from cardio to ab exercises every day. Protein number low?
When I look at my totals for the day, the protein number that I'm allowed seems low but the carb number seems high to me. Why is that? I wanted to add that I am constantly going into the negative on the protein number. Is that bad, these are the numbers the system gave me, should I adjust?

please explain the problem with low calories...
I don't get all these posts saying 1200 is too low, I set mine to 1000. I eat things like omelots, sandwiches, salads, tuna, salmon, veggies, fruit, cereal, cheese and I don't feel hungy at 1000. I think I'm getting a good mix, but I don't get why that is so low. Shouldn't it be about what you are eating, rather than just…
