Does anyone know how long you can do a certain workout repetitiously before your body gets bored and stops losing? Is it about a month or so?? I'm just wondering how long you have before you need to change it up. Thank you!
My name is Sheryne and I am 32. I have lost all motivation. I have no excuses other than working 2 jobs but only 50 hrs a week total but can't seem to get myself motivated and moving. Hoping that this site and seeing others do well will help to get me going!!
