Hoarding Calories
I have a problem with hoarding calories. I get so afraid that I will not have enough for dinner that I don't eat very much throughout the day and then have alot of calories left over at night which isn't a good time to be eating them. Do you guys create meal plans to make sure it is a little more balanced?

Too much protein?
Sorry, I am new to this whole thing, and I inputted my calories and it says I am -22 for protein but I have 870 calories left. Is it bad to have too much protein?
