Hi Everyone!

I post on a wedding forum and one of my friends Daniella suggested this site.

I've been on my diet for about 7 hours now lol. I promised myself when I was able to find a Wii Fit that I would start my diet.

I'm 5/7 and weigh 298 lbs. I've been big all my life but never THIS big. I want to start a new healthy lifestyle.

I can't wait to begin my journey and hear all of your stories!!

You can do it!!! You will like this site! It is a great way to show your daily food habits and has great support! Just think only only a few more hours to go on day one of your diet!
